I am NEMKUMAR BANTHIA
Dr. Banthia is a University Killam Professor at UBC and a global expert in sustainable concrete infrastructure. He leads IC-IMPACTS, a Canada-India research centre supporting 100+ projects and 1,000+ PhD students.
With 525+ publications, 9 patents, and editorship of a top concrete journal, he is among the Top 25 most cited in his field. His awards include the Jacob Biely Prize, Killam Research Prize, and the 2024 BC Community Award.
